1. Overview

At BevCity Brands, we take pride in delivering high-quality beverages and branded merchandise. This Shipping & Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding order fulfillment, delivery, and returns. Because our products may include alcoholic beverages, certain legal and logistical restrictions apply.

2. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons, new product launches, or promotional events.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if available).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to locations where the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages are legally permitted.

  • Adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery for all alcohol shipments — no exceptions.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping carriers may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Promotional or discounted shipping offers, when available, apply only to standard delivery services.

Delivery Issues

BevCity Brands is not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or damages caused by the carrier once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order details so we can assist you.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Alcoholic Beverages

Due to state and federal regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic products once they have left our facility.
All sales of alcoholic beverages are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bevcitybrands.com.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Alcoholic Merchandise

For branded merchandise (apparel, glassware, accessories, etc.), we accept unused and unopened items for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

BevCity Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
